We are rb2, a technical development agency. We build web applications. We do this with 75+ rb2 employees spread over four locations in Asia and Europe. And always according to the Agile methodology because we believe in a transparent approach, flexible working and the rapid deployment of software. We have a huge hunger to grow. We aim for more knowledge, more complex material and certainly more challenge!

Personal growth
As you have read, quality is our top priority. To guarantee this quality, we believe it is important that our people also grow; in experience, product knowledge, but certainly also through (online) courses. We therefore encourage our people to gain knowledge and obtain certificates. That's good for you, but also for rb2. And, of course, you will also be on the RB2 'Wall of Fame' with your new certificate.
Quality first
That sounds like a big deal, but that's how we are in the game. We believe that we must uphold our name and we can only do that if we push ourselves and each other to the limit. Our work processes therefore include various control moments, both personal and automatic. In addition to the quality of our work, we also always try to improve ourselves, because we believe that standing still means going backwards.
A tasty and pleasant lunch
Sometimes a colleague just finishes something, but we try to do as much as possible together during lunch. So you don't have to bring a sandwich from home, our Office Manager will provide you with delicious bread from the bakery and fresh toppings from AH. We also have a few traditions: Wednesday is 'fishing day'; then we get a bowl of kibbeling or a tasty herring and on Friday the snacks are served. Make sure you are on time with your order!
