Flexible booking tool for a personalized experience
The challenge
De Bijenkorf was looking for a tool that can support a wide range of services, allowing customers to navigate through the booking process in a maximum of eight clicks. In addition, all relevant information had to be securely accessible and managed by our own employees.
Our approach
The starting point was an extensive refinement in which an MVP was identified. Due to COVID-19, the entire backlog was reprioritized halfway through and the (solid) architecture was deployed for "Shopping by Appointment". This was possible thanks to our agile working method.
The result
rb2's booking tool works seamlessly with existing systems such as the Bijenkorf CRM, the campaign tool and the OMS and is easily expandable. All store, service, appointment and customer information can be viewed from different departments.

The backend panel is neatly organized and intuitively structured, making setting up the tool easy, while the user experience on the frontend is very efficient. This always produces the best result for the end user, who can book any desired service without any problems and can expect the correct handling immediately.
