Our approach
The loyalty program runs through the Loyalty Tools e-commerce platform. Points are paid out according to a fixed process: customers register, the system calculates the customer duration and on this basis the system pays out a fixed number of points per month to the customer.
The result
Hundreds of thousands of customers participate in Vattenfall Exclusief and almost all participants have placed an order or participated in a competition. Participants have saved more than 322 million points with 22 million transactions.
A great collaboration between 2 loyalty specialists
Vattenfall Exclusief was created in collaboration with marketing communications agency Doornvogel, where rb2 took care of the complete technical implementation. The loyalty program runs through the Loyalty Tools e-commerce platform, which was developed by both companies. The appreciation of the Vattenfall Exclusive platform is high and the energy-saving product range in particular is very popular. A link has also been made with the Vattenfall CRM system and customer service has access to a dashboard so that there is insight into transactions, users and orders at all times.
