Connected Trucks; the right subscription for every truck

DAF Connect provides fleet owners with real-time insight into the performance and status of their fleet. This online portal is the core of DAF’s Connected Driving activities. rb2 built a portal for DAF in which fleet managers can purchase additional functionalities within DAF Connect on a subscription basis.

Disable and enable functionalities, for the entire fleet or one specific truck

The user experience within this portal is extremely important. For example, to manage the thousands of trucks and subscriptions efficiently and easily; After all, it concerns significant amounts per month. It is also nice for fleet managers to be able to search and filter in a user-friendly way per user, truck or subscription in order to quickly answer questions. Given the complexity and diversity of the functionalities that DAF needed, we implemented almost all Zuora features within the portal for fleet managers. The Zuora platform serves as a product catalogue, including prices, billing and taxes. This allows DAF to carry out automatic invoicing runs via the various payment methods that customers can choose from.
